MARKETING CODE OF PRACTICE

While responsibility programs and marketing practices differ from country to country, all our brands and regions are united under the Beam Global Marketing Code of Practices. Our leadership stance on responsibility starts with a commitment to compliance with all relevant laws, regulations and industry codes in each jurisdiction. Beyond that, as a further commitment to responsibility leadership, our global code establishes a heightened and consistent standard of responsibility for how we market our brands throughout the world. 

While Beam Global Spirits & Wine has voluntarily implemented our Global Marketing Code of Practice, it is mandatory that all our brands and regions to follow its guidelines, regardless of their location in the world.

The Global Code provides our employees and business associates with a set of marketing guidelines and principles that ensure we meet the highest standards of responsibility as we market our brands around the world.
